Looks like an old RT100 or DT100. It may be a yz100 but the pipe looks like what was on the RT's and DT's. I believe the YZ's of that era were yellow and more like the one pictured below.

I had a DT100 enduro growing up and loved that thing. Fun little bike.

$400 is too much, IMO for the way that thing looks roached. The transmission probably held up well but it will need a new top end and the oil injector would need to be looked at. One of the problems is the oil injector could fail and blow the top end.

I think for a fun project bike $200-$250 to buy and then expect a couple hundred for the top end (doing it yourself) and a few hundred for the broken parts you will find.

I am not sure if the oil injector only injects to the top end. Some in the past for other manufacturers would also lubricate the crank but I can't remember if that is the case with that engine. That would cost a lot more if the crank needs replacing.
